Rainbow Fertility offers several payment plan options. These payment options are only available for Rainbow Fertility fees and cannot be used to pay for external provider fees such as Hospital, Anaesthetist, Pharmacy and Specialist fees. These fees are to be paid to the external provider directly.
Our No Up-Front Payment Plan is a flexible payment plan that allows patients to commence their cycle, with payment delayed until the day that egg collection takes place. On the day of egg collection, an online claim is submitted to Medicare, resulting in rebates being paid within 3-5 business days.
To access this payment option, a credit card authorisation form must be completed prior to the commencement of the cycle. This authorisation form gives Rainbow Fertility permission to deduct Rainbow Fertility fees on the day of egg collection. The credit card must be valid and have a credit limit that covers the full cost of treatment.
This Payment option is available for all cycle types/procedures and for all patients regardless of Medicare Eligibility. With this payment option, the full Rainbow Fertility fees are to be paid upfront on or prior to the first day of your cycle commencing. If you are eligible for Medicare rebates, the first day that an online claim can be submitted to Medicare is on the day of egg collection.
This payment option allows you to pay a designated amount on or prior to the first day of commencing your cycle. The balance of your fees is payable on the day of egg collection and will be deducted from your nominated credit card.
To access this payment option, a credit card authorisation form must be completed prior to the commencement of the cycle. This authorisation form gives Rainbow Fertility permission to deduct the remaining Rainbow Fertility fees on the day of egg collection. If you wish to pay the remaining fee via a method other than credit card, then please contact the clinic at least two days prior to egg collection to arrange. Please check with patient services for the current designated instalment amount.
This payment option allows the patient to make a direct debit/credit into Rainbow Fertility’s bank account. If patients wish to use this option full payment would need to be received into Rainbow Fertility’s bank account prior to egg collection. If direct debit/credit was to be made after the commencement of the patient’s cycle a credit card authorisation form would need to be completed prior to or on the day of commencing the cycle as a form of security. The credit card is not deducted unless payment is not received by the date of egg collection.
If paying via direct debit/credit it is vital that you put your Full Name in the description/reference section so we are able to allocate the payment to you. We do not recommend a cash transfer through your local bank as often the reference section is not noted making it difficult for us to identify you as the payee. Superannuation can be used to pay for essential IVF Treatment under the ATO’s Compassionate Release of Superannuation program. SuperCare streamlines the application process that is required to access Superannuation to pay for IVF treatments and all out of pocket expenses including private hospital fees, travel and accommodation. All required documentation is prepared by Access My Super in accordance with the ATO’s Early Release of Super (ERS) requirements including the psychiatrist report, to ensure approval.
