A list of specialists currently working with Rainbow Fertility, complete with their qualifications and areas of expertise, will help you choose the right doctor.

Referral form

To make an appointment with one of our specialists, and have the possibility of claiming some of the consultation cost back through Medicare,  you’ll need to get your GP to fill in a referral from. Once you have decided which Rainbow Fertility specialist is best for you, you can simply take this referral form to your GP.
