Fill out the form below, and we will get you in touch with a GP who can assess your needs and guide you towards your next step.

What happens during a FREE Fertility Consult?

This is a 30-minute consultation with a Rainbow Fertility GP who has experience in supporting LGBTQ+ family building.

During your appointment, your GP will:

  • Recommend any relevant tests (such as blood tests, gamete analysis, or pelvic ultrasound)
  • Offer clear next steps or a referral to a fertility specialist if needed
